I have been searching for some lightweight video players to play open, non-proprietary formats. I've attempt to limit my search to players that don't need a lot of dependencies and are SDL based. I found one for ogg/theora playback: https://icculus.org/theoraplay/ I'd really like to find something that would allow decent webm playback. So far, the only thing I've been able to turn up for webm is https://github.com/doublec/webm-player It has no sound support. Has anyone found anything more useful or any other lightweight options besides these? Thanks.
