Hey guys,

I found some free time and installed Syllable0.6.4 on my new AMD64 x2 machine. The SATA drive is running fine (though I passed the enable_ata_dma=false disable_smp=true and disable_acpo=true flags).

There is one bug when I plugged in my USB key ino the front of the machine everything locked up. I will try the updated usb driver Kaj or Vanders sent me months ago.

No the problem is that I need the sky2 driver (it is called sky2 under Linux Wink. Anyone working on it or should I start from scratch Wink

Thanks,
K.Wilson

A SysKonnect Yukon 2 driver was on my list but I don't have any hardware for it (I can find only one card that carries that chip, which is a D-Link PCI-E card not sold in this country), so feel free!

The good news is that from what I know of porting the skge (SysKonnect Yukon 1) and looking at the sky2 driver, it's not a complex driver so it shouldn't be too hard to get working.

Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't gotten around to this driver yet ;( I have a new contract now, so I have no time for personal projects for at least one more month (probably longer).

Hope to get back to Syllable fun soon....keep up the good work,
K.Wilson
