When opening several apps after installation, not all of them are shown in the dock, and mousing over the dock tends to show and hide the app icons. Also, the menu icon may be rendered in an odd color when mousing over.

This is fixed after the first reboot after installation, so something destabilises dock rendering before that.

I'm not sure yet if this depends on any setting changes I make after installation.
