This is a new type of SPAM I've not seen before. If it's done by a bot it is very difficult to stop, as the bot could message everybody before we even noticed. We'll need to keep an eye on the situation: if it becomes more common the best we can do is disable messages for everyone.

I've deleted today's private message spammer. That also deletes all their private messages.

I see no spam by him, so I suppose it was private and smart enough not to send to the admins. This new wave of attacks is getting too problematic to handle, so I've disabled private messaging as noted above, and BBCode so there's no point anymore in posting spam messages. Please request an account for AltME if you want better messaging.
